FAQ for CHMS Reservation to purchase School Books

 

 Frequently asked questions:

1. Can I book for all my children's in the same booking?

Yes you can. You can book as many number of students in one booking. You can even book multiple Year in the same booking.

2. Can I opt out some books?

Yes you can. We understand some parent's would like to opt-out some books especially textbooks. However, in order to ease the bundling process for our staff, we have decided to bundle the whole pack for the Year in advance. Nevertheless, parent's can opt out some of the books and only pay for those that you wish to purchase.

3. Can I purchase extra books?

Yes you can. We will also have extra copies of the books and exercise books for you to purchase extra.

4. Can I get the books covered with ready-made plastic cover by your staff?

Yes you can. Kindly mention them in the notes and our staff will insert the ready-made plastic cover for you. Do note that there will be an additional 80 cents charge for each books.

5. Will you be selling uniforms, shoes, bags at the CHMS?
Unfortunately, we will not be selling these at CHMS due the many varieties. However, you can buy the school uniforms from our Lifestyle Store @ Kiulap from Wednesday, 6 Dec 2023 onwards.
As for other school amenities like school shoes, school socks, school bags, lunch bags, lunch box, water bottle and its like can be purchased at all out branches.

6. Can I use Credit or Debit cards?

Yes you can. We will have both BIBD and Baiduri card terminals and therefore you can use VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay & Baiduri Instant Rewards Card at CHMS school and as well as Samima Kiulap branch.

7. Will BIBD promotion be included when we purchase the school books at CHMS school?

 Yes, it is included. As you are aware currently we have three types of promotions for BIBD card holders which is:
  • Lucky Draw for Debit & Credit card holders
  • 10% Cashback for Credit Card holders (Capped at $50)
  • Processing fee completely waived for Credit Card holders who opt in for Easy Payment for 6 & 12 months.

8. Can I make two bookings with the same email?
Currently, only one bookings can be made in one email.
9. Why I need to enter my Full Name?

If you have noticed we require you to type in more than 7 characters or your name. This is because we do not want it to be confused with any other customer with similar names.

10. Why my password is not accepted?

We require the password to have all the following for security purpose:

    • Must contain alphabets (a-z, A-Z)
    • Must contain numbers (0-9)
    • Must contain symbol (!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,(,),<,>,?,/)
    • Must have at least one uppercase and one lowercase  (a-z, A-Z)
    • Must be at least 6 digits

11. What if I forget my password?

You can click this link, enter your email you used earlier and click Reset Password. We will send you a link in the email for you. Kindly click the link and you can reset the password. Kindly ensure that you enter the correct email here.

12. I didn't receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

13. Is there anyway I can contact your team if I have difficulty in booking?
