CHMS Reservation to purchase School Books

Dear Parents of CHMS school,

Just like last year, we will be using the Reservation and Queue system.

From Thursday, 28 November 2024 onwards, parents can purchase the school books by walk-in basis for Year 1 to Year 11. However from 24 November 2024 to 27 November 2024, school books can be purchased based on pre-booking at our reservation system only.

从 2024 年 11 月 28 日星期一起，家长可以现场购买教科书。然而，从2024年11月24日至2024年11月27日，只能通过我们的预订系统提前预订购买教科书。

Kindly note that there is a delay in shipment for Kindergarten books and hence the books will only be available in late December. Kindly make reservation in our system at your preferred date either 21 December 2024 or 28 December 2024. We will WhatsApp message you if the books arrive earlier.

You require an email to register to the system and once registration is complete, you will receive an email to confirm the email. After confirming, you can log in to the system and make the booking straight away.

Once booking is made, you will be given a confirmation booking number with barcode. Kindly take a screenshot and show us when you come to collect the school books.

Based on your bookings, we will give you a queue number and you can sit and relax until your queue number is called.

Kindly come only 30 minutes before the booking slot and also not later than the booking slot. For example if your booking is 10:00 a.m to 11:a.m, kindly arrive at the location between 9:30 a.m to 11 a.m.

请仅在预订时段前 30 分钟抵达，也不得晚于预订时段。例如，如果您的预订时间为上午 10:00 至上午 11:00，请于上午 9:30 至上午 11:00 之间抵达该地点。

We will serve those in the bookings timeframe only and you will not get priority if you come too early. This is to ensure fairness to those who have booked the slot.

We aim to serve you within 30 minutes from check-in to cashier pay-out. This will only be possible if all parent's co-operate with this guidelines.

Frequently asked questions:

1. Can I book for all my children's in the same booking?

Yes you can. You can book as many number of students in one booking. You can even book multiple Year in the same booking.

2. Can I opt out some books?

Yes you can. We understand some parent's would like to opt-out some books especially textbooks. However, in order to ease the bundling process for our staff, we have decided to bundle the whole pack for the Year in advance. Nevertheless, parent's can opt out some of the books and only pay for those that you wish to purchase.

3. Can I purchase extra books?

Yes you can. We will also have extra copies of the books and exercise books for you to purchase extra.

4. Can I get the books covered with ready-made plastic cover by your staff?

Yes you can. Kindly mention them in the notes and our staff will insert the ready-made plastic cover for you. Do note that there will be an additional 80 cents charge for each books.

5. Will you be selling uniforms, shoes, bags at the CHMS?

Unfortunately, we will not be selling these at CHMS due the many varieties. However, you can buy the school uniforms from our Lifestyle Store @ Kiulap as usual.

As for other school amenities like school shoes, school socks, school bags, lunch bags, lunch box, water bottle and its like can be purchased at all out branches.

6. Can I use Credit or Debit cards?

Yes you can. We will have both BIBD and Baiduri card terminals and therefore you can use VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay & Baiduri Instant Rewards Card at CHMS school and as well as Samima Kiulap branch.

7. Will BIBD, Baiduri & SCB promotion be included when we purchase the school books at CHMS school?

Yes, it is included.

8. Can I make two bookings with the same email?

Currently, only one bookings can be made in one email. If you would like to book for Kindergarten books in late December after making booking for other years earlier, kindly wait until after the collection is made for the earlier booking. After the previous booking is fulfilled, you can book another slot for the other kindergarten kids.

9. Why I need to enter my Full Name?

If you have noticed we require you to type in more than 7 characters or your name. This is because we do not want it to be confused with any other customer with similar names.

10. Why my password is not accepted?

We require the password to have all the following for security purpose:

Must contain alphabets (a-z, A-Z)
Must contain numbers (0-9)
Must contain symbol (!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,(,),<,>,?,/)
Must have at least one uppercase and one lowercase (a-z, A-Z)
Must be at least 6 digits

Kindly ensure if all these criteria are met.

11. What if I forget my password?

You can click this link, enter your email you used earlier and click Reset Password. We will send you a link in the email for you. Kindly click the link and you can reset the password. Kindly ensure that you enter the correct email here.

12. I didn't receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
